Here you can enjoy our local Piedmontese beef, home made pasta, the famous roll of fresh pasta stuffed with wild spinach, chard, beet and cabbage, steak with Cheggio cheese and pizzas served on a hot stone to keep warm!
Among our specialties you can find meat cooked on "laugera", soapstone dialect antronese. Once used to build the roofs of our homes, today we use to cook and serve portions of succulent pork.
